I have been procrastinating this morning, surfing the great web when I should be doing more important things - such as prepare for my class tomorrow, writing some letters and  trying to edit the photos of the new P.S line.

But no matter, I feel that my morning has been justified when I stumbled upon Baron.

I think I might be in love.

There is something very beautiful about a well dressed dapper gent. 

Especially with a 'tash.

Sunday Spring

Its the most beautiful sunny day today, I think spring might be on its way:)

'I am half agony, half hope. . '

'I am so ill'. . . .as said by Mary in persuasion now said by me. I have up until this point refused to succumb to the usual winter cold but finally it has caught up with me and I am snotty, red nosed, and have a sore throat - the lot.

So today after doing some work on the computer I am treating my self to a bit of Jane Austen. 

The 2007 adaptation is my favourite of Persuasion. The whole feel is emotional gray and stormy, it has a very raw quality about it that I love and that we all can relate too. 

Not to mention Rupert Penry Jones as Captain Wentworth. .. . . mmmmm Captain Wentworth. Although at times I want to shout at him to stop being so proud he has a nice manly quality about him.

So really what I am trying to say is that if you havent seen it already, watch it.

I've been dreaming. . .

I have been having a recurring daydream. . . . its not only ships, travel , moustaches and Eddie Redmayne who have also been traipsing through my brain this week. . . .but of the PERFECT gray wool skirt.

Kater's Skirt is case in point. I look at it and have such major envy, I think of the many things in my wardrobe that would love a new gray friend.

So the only solution in my head is to make this my next project. 

2012 I swore to myself would be my sewing year, this would be the year when I would (attempt to) make most of my clothes. But its been a bit of a crazy start to the year with making and designing Pink Sunshine S/S collection (on its way!!!:), and all my classes getting going again. I am determined though to get going and this looks do-able. I know I may be speaking too soon but this week I am heading down to my local fabric shop to grab some material and soon it will be mine. In a strictly non-creepy bond villain way. . . . mwahahahahaah:)

Nice things

So after posting about the lovely spring summer inspiration a few weeks ago the winter has finally arrived here in the UK! Honestly it is SOOOOOOOOOO cold today! So I am back to my winter layers:) 

I found this shop when I went to Spain a few years ago and fell in love, sadly they don't have any shops outside of Spain and Portugal but their lookbooks and inspiration is great.

I also want these ballet prints so bad. . . . . . . . Aren't they just beautiful?!

The thing I like about this brand is they understand that when we are going about our normal lives we want to be comfortable AND to look nice, not everyone balances the two as well as they do! All I want to do when the weather is cold is to wear thick tights and wool dresses, what is your cold weather uniform?
